Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times We offer standard international shipping. Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–20 business days
• Canada & Australia: 10–25 business days
• Europe: 10–25 business days
• Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing and carrier delays.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
